  • Trying to understand section 56 and schedule 4 of the protection of freedoms act 2012

    dear forum members,

Can someone please answer a few points about section 56 and schedule 4 of the protection of freedoms act 2012 in regards to receiving pcns please?
If a pcn is received through the post after a contravention is detected by a parking attendant is that a remote detection?
Also are the relevant sections about this 6(1) and 6(2)? i have a document that has them listed as 6(1) and 6(2) but i've read articles listing them as 9(4) and (5)
Finally I have been writing to a legal firm arguing about a permit. However the driver of the vehicle has never been mentioned can I still use pofa?
i've tried searching the forum but cant find any answers to my questions
    Thanks in advance

If there was a windscreen ticket then para 8 applies to the resultant NTK

No windscreen ticket then para 9 applies to the NTK received
