  • Parking fine

I have received a letter from a debt collection agency asking for £160 for a fine I have never paid. I have never received any letters regarding this and it was back in 2017 that it happened. Where I parked is a small shopping mall and there were no yellow lines or signs saying you couldn't park there and if there were they certainly weren't visible. Since then, well after I parked there, there are visible signs and double yellow lines. I have uploaded parts of the letter in the hope someone can please help me.
I have tried to upload images but it says im not allowed.
    many thanks
    Rachel

It might be because it's a new account. But don't panic.

Use a hosting site such as imgur to upload your pictures and put the link on here.

Edit you post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred.
