  • CPM parking charge

Hi hope someone can help me. I'm resisdent of block of flats. They decide to make parking permits only about month ago. Everyone get parking permit for one car and spot.
My parking place that day on I received parking charge notice, someone else parked on my spot. I park my car on free spot which doesn't belongs to anyone.
I never make any appeals, do I have chance to win this ?
Anyone has any template please ?
I feel so angry on this situation.

So what does your lease say about parking? What do the signs say?

Have you complained to the managing agent?

post up a redacted copy of the PCN

So does your permit indicate a specific bay?

The signs require a permit, there is no offer of parking without a valid permit so no contract, no breach, no charge
