  • 2016 parking charge

    Hi,
just to add some context. On my return home after working away, I felt really tired. I decided to pull into the services I didn’t see any signage. After my nap I carried on my journey I then received a parking charge fine which I contacted the company and said there is no signage visible and I’ll be willing to take to court I subsequently went back to the service station and noticed that they had change the signage this led me to believe that I wasn’t was in the right position to challenge I heard nothing further. Its now 2021 and I have revived a bailiffs letter. Is there anything I can do?

What do you mean a bailiffs letter?
