  • Parking - Letter Before claim

    Hello All,

I'm new here and looking for some help/support.

I've recieved a letter, dated 11th May 2021 from CST Law highlighting ''Letter Before Claim".

This was for a private car park which I was in longer than I put down on the online booking, however i paid the maximum I could pay for the days parking.

It states I've got 30 days to reply here. I'm still not 100% convinced I'd be taken to court on this but everywhere I'm. Reading suggests not to ignore this recent letter.

Also, in my favour, they've been forwarding all correspondence to the my incorrect address.

    Appreciate any next steps. Cheers.

    Med.

So a SAR to the parking company to get all the paperwork

CPR 31.14 to the solicitor for all the documents in the Particulars of Claim. Also explain that this is the first you have heard about this matter and you are denying liability and ask for an extension while you investigate
