  • Letter before claim- Pre Court Protocol

    Dear all,

I've been chased for over five years by Excel Parking for an event where I was not the driver.

About a year ago Excel sent me a "Letter Before Claim" or which I submitted a reply. All went quiet before they turned down my defence Another six months of so passed and I've now received another "Letter Before Claim", but this time from ELMS Legal.

Can I ask if submitting two letters before claim for the same PCN is in line with Pre Court Protocol or are Excel putting themselves at risk of strike out by attempting this?

    Thank you
