Hi! new to the forum but hope someone can help. We received in the post yesterday a Dart Charge PCN.
The black and white screen shots of the cars are fuzzy and makes models of cars are unclear. The 2nd photo of reg looks like ours, but it's so dark you can only.make out shape of headlights not the car, and it could also be different numbers or letter as well. (Isn't 100% clear) but it wasnt us driving anyway. We were home 2 hours away.
Have called them and they want some sort of proof! My husband has emails he was sending around the time of alleged PCN, while WFH. My neighbour kindly gave me stills of ring door bell footage a few hours either side of alleged offence to show car in the same spot,but will this be enough. Slightly worried number plate could have been cloned, but any advice greatly received. Many thanks.
