    Just confuses the issue. Not the first time this has happened.

    Who are they going to try and take to court?

    To save me looking back has the DVLA confirmed no requests made for keeper details

        So you have already told them that they have failed to comply withe the requirements of POFA to hold the keeper liable. I would suggest that the actual registered keep write to them now saying that they the registered keeper who has been helped out by [your name] in handling this matter. Demand that they cease sending further letters when there can be no keeper liability because of their failure to comply with the requirements of POFA.
