Parking charge from CP Plus

Hi.
I've received a parking charge letter from a company called CP Plus asking for £140. They say that they sent a letter before this one and the cost has now gone up to 140 due to admin charges.
I never received the original letter so its either got lost somewhere or it was never sent

It states that I was parked on Crown wharf in Walsall for 1hr and 16mins .

I admit, I did visit that place on the date but I was also in a disabled spot plus I was there twice, once to collect an item from argos and once to return it.
i think they caught me going in the first time and leaving the second time
I was literally there for 10 minutes each visit but I have no proof of this

Can anyone advise please?

Edit so that the identity 9f the driver cannot be inferred, the driver drove and parked, the keeper received the notice and is handling.

post up the letter suitably redacted, but leave dates.

Commonly known as a double dip, the 1st exit and second entry get "lost" in the software.

Can you show that the driver was elsewhere, a receipt, a letter from a friend, anything.
