Hi all
Apologies if this is in the wrong section I wasn't sure where to put it. I have received a bus lane penalty from Walsall Council. The image provided does show my car semi entering the bus lane (not whole vehicle in the lane)
To keep my story short I remember driving up this road as it is one I don't use very often. I was approaching a left hand filter lane and have obviously started moving across too early looking at the photo and google maps I would say I have entered the bus lane roughly 5 meters before the end of the bus lane, however after any bus stops on this road.
My question is would it be worth my time appealing or should I just accept and pay the reduced fine?
