Parking fine

Hello, where do I stand with a private parking fine for 'not displaying a valid ticket for inspection' (ticket face down) I paid for the ticket and it must have flipped when I closed the car door because I'm sure it was displayed properly. I still have the ticket and the debit charge on my bank statement to prove it's been paid for.

It's not a fine, it's an invoice for an alleged breach of contract.

So this is a windscreen ticket? Edit so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. The driver parked etc.
