  • CP Plus parking fine

Hey all, looking for some advice here.
I was on a trip down south from Scotland and stayed in a hotel on the side of the M6. (08/09/2020). They said I received a letter on the 16/09 but I did not. Today (13/09/2020) I have received my first letter saying I owe £100 now. Just wondering if I am required to pay this as there are the common mentions of debt collectors and courts etc etc
Any advice on this situation would be greatly appreciated!
    Regards

Covering your personal details, but leaving the times and dates showing post the Notice to Keeper you received, also showing the back of the notice.

So as you are in Scotland then ignore the Notice to Keeper.

You could write to them and remind them that Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act does not apply in Scotland and therefore you, the keeper, cannot be held liable and there 8s no legal requirement to identify the driver
