Scammed by Premier Park Ltd

Hi - I recently visited Devon returning to London to work on the 20th July. To my horror I have received TWO final reminders for parking offences in Devon on the 24th July (I was in London) that are for parks more than 60 miles apart - the times on the tickets are 6 minutes apart. As they are final reminders I cannot appeal (my family have been shielding so we know we never received the first PCN's) and although I was in the car parks the dates and times are clearly wrong.
How can I appeal? The website will not let me......

So a SAR to Premier Park requesting all documents they hold about you and your car. Could be interesting with that timing
