Gladstones - Letter Before Claim

Received this in the post the 'other day'. This is from what I can remember.

• Anyway it's from 2016, wife used my car to park in a pub car park, mid week, car park was empty.
• Herself and friends ate at the pub, ran over 20 or so minutes, they all had newborn babies, everything took longer.
• Some guy left a PCN on the window, even though he saw them with the babies (not that I would expect him to care).
• Think they complained to the owner/manger but still received letters in the post from the usual pretend companies.
• Eventually the letters stopped.
• I don't have a copy of the PCN.

I've read various posts on the forum, but I'd rather not mess this up, a few words of advice of my options and I'll get on it.
