    PCN

    good morning, i was just for a bit of advice if possible please. I was recently in an Enterprise hire vehicle and have received a PCN for being in a yellow box, the date of contravention was 29/01/20, date of issue/posting was 02/03/20, i have read before that they had 14 days to send out a PCN but i'm unsure for what offences that covers and if the rules change when it was a hire vehicle. Do i have a leg to stand on or is it a case of sucking it up and paying up?

          As a hire vehicle time constraints not relevant. If guilty then pay at the reduced rate ASAP.
