  • Premier Parking Solutions Ignored Letters Help

    Hi,
Would be very grateful for some advice here..
I have received a number of letters threatening Court Action and demanding Payment of £160, However I attend University and therefore live at my Uni address during term, yet my car is still registered with the DVLA at my Mum's house. I have checked and according to the DVLA's website this is legal as I am still effectively able to receive post there., and its temporary. However over Christmas I didn't actually go to my Mum's at all and went and stayed with my Dad in Cardiff.
So I have missed the letters that have been sent to me, which have now escalated into higher fines and the threatening of Court Action. Also read up on Premier Parking and apparently they do take people to court, what can I do in this instance?
