  • private land and parking charge

    Hello

Please advise on the following.* I received a parking notice and the landowner authority that was provided by the parking operator.* I note that this landowner authority is with the old owners of the land as I knew it was sold to the new owners some years ago.* But one thing that the parking operator did point out was that the clause in the contract did state "The contract may be assigned to any purchaser or fund name should the landlord sell the property or wish to transfer the property to a different fund name".** Where is the legal stance on this?** Can the new landowner just continue to use this contract from the previous landlord without assigning their own terms etc on it?*

    May be transferred.* *Was it?

Sounds like you have appealed this already.
