  • Ticket notice from EPC

Hello everyone - this is my first post here and already asking for advice :P

Several days ago I got (by mail) a notice w from Euro Parking Collection (EPC) saying to pay for crossing the Dartford bridge in London. I was going to do so, but it slipped my mind for long enough that I have to pay additional fine too.
The Issue is that this was a company car that was driven by a employee (who is not working in the company now) and in total we would have to pay 73GBP * 5 (car crossed the bridge on 5 occasions in total).

I appealed to EPC (via their website) asking them to "reset" the amount to just the regular crossing fee (2,5 GPB or sth..) and waiting for their reply. Can someone advise me what to do if they say "can't be done, sorry" ?

Technically we would just pass the fines to the vehicle's driver, but since he's no longer our employee we have very limited options (not worth considering...).
