Good Evening Fellows

Was wondering if anyone could please advise, Got the attached PCN. Do I have any grounds to appeal as my understanding was that you should park on the actual zig zag as supposed to opposite it? Also, we have been stopping here many at times. I have attached some images

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think your only hope is that the council have not put up the signs showing the time that the zig zags are operative.
