Morning,
on 26/06/19 my car was parked on a disabled bay by mistake at Media City in Salford. ( on THE PITCH P&D CAR PARK, MANCHESTER, M50 2EQ ). The driver didn't realise until they got back that it was
a disabled bay.. There was a slip of paper ( PCN ) on the windscreen saying this is not a ticket .....!
Since then I , as the registered keeper ( not the driver ) , have had letters from Excel Parking followed by letters from ZZPS and now from QDR Solicitors.
Obviously I am aware they have no legal right to demand notification of who parked the car there on that day. Now they are demanding £160 or face court action which could result in CCJs blah blah blah.
What is my next course of action.I have read plenty about ignoring these letters ect and thought they may have ceased by now but clearly not.
