  • Unusually high parking fine by UKPCS

    Hi,
I have received a fine of £60.00 to be paid within 14 days or pay £100.00 after that, for stopping briefly (less than 5 mins) behind a row of shops at Manchester piccadilly train station to deliver a newspaper to one of the shops. I wasnt issued a ticket then, but received a letter later. I thought parking fines are £30.00 within 14 days or double that amount after 14 days? I have attached a copy of the letter.
