Order for Recovery of Unpaid Penalty Charge

I've found a letter that my ex has hidden along with other letters.

It says I need to pay or appeal by today. It's going to Traffic Enforcement Centre at Northampton County Court.

Will I get a CCJ if I don't pay it tonight?

I can't upload the letter as it says it's too big.

Any advice would be great...before Midnight if i need to pay so as not to get a CCJ.

You won't get a CCJ, but if you don't pay bailliffs will be instructed to collect the debt and their fees will increase the debt substantially.
