Ok, so in post #62 I mentioned I had court paperwork, well in all the excitement, I had not filled it in.... so today we have recieved the attached x2 1 for each vehicle.
We have 7 days to fill in and return the directions questionnaire.
I really need help with this. Do I agree to mediation?
My partner and I are currently rowing and stressing and I'm at a loss at to what to do.
    Please help

You can agree to mediation, it make you look betterr. You will accept that you should pay them £20 to make it go away.

Don't forget to send a copy to the claimant as well !!!!

Complete & return it straight away.
Keep a copy & get proof of sending.

Today we have recieved a notice of transfer of proceedings. I'm guessing the other will follow shortly.
I'm guessing that this is the right thing to happen? And next we will start mediation?
(I did send back the forms requesting it)
          thanks!

            That's fine.
It's just a notification that your case has been sent to a local court admin for them to decide on the track allocation (almost certainly Small Claims) & venue.
If you have said 'yes' to mediation, they should contact you soon to check suitability of same.
Have you received all the disclosure documentation you requested from the Claimant/sols?

              Hi all,
just got back from holiday and I have a meditation phone call scheduled for tomorrow. Hopefully it will work out well.
but also recieved a letter re my husband's claim saying it has been allocated to the small claims track. Which isn't what I was hoping for as my husband does bot want to attend court. I'm confused as both the claims are pretty much identical how they have both been allocated differently?

Ok so my claim is now finished, I had a mediation session yesterday and we meditated the payment down to 100, not as good as I wanted, but better than paying what they initially wanted.

So 1 more to go. My husbands case has been routed to the small claims track, and this is the letter he recieved (attached) hecreally does not want to go to court, do.we have any options?

                Thanks!!
