My son has received a court claim for non payment of pcn's received while attending a gym where he is a member and where he has a permit (which was not displayed) the signage at the car park does not state that a permit needs to be displayed. I have appealed and written loads of letter and shown Gladstone proof that my son had a permit etc. There is a lot of tickets and i now do not know what to do! My son was just 18 at the time and on advise from a friend ignored the tickets saying they were not legal. Any advice?
    Thanks

What's illegal about someone sending an invoice. Ignore has not been the advice since 2012

to give people something to work on how about posting the original notice received, redacted to remove personal details, and a photo of the signs
