Hi Guys,
I got a letter in the post (see attached) from Parking Control Management regarding a PCN.
I was in a hire car at the time so I've compiled the following response and just wanted to run it past you to make sure it's ok to send?
"Ref: PCN - PM1XXXXXX2
To Whom it may concern,
As the keeper of DXXX XXV, I refer to the above PCN which I received on 19/07/2018.
I note a failure to comply with schedule 4 paragraph 14 of the Protection Of Freedoms Act 2012, specifically, but not limited to, failing to include a copy of a hire agreement or a copy of the original NTK with your letter.
Due to this fact, no further communication is expected other than to confirm that no further action will be taken and my details will be removed from your records.
Yours Sincerely "
Also, they have got my name wrong on the letter. They have used my forename as my last name (adding an 's' on the end) and used the first letter of my surname as my initial. For example, if my name was Richard Wilson, they have addressed the letter to "Mr W Richards".
Should I mention this also or just stick with the above?
Thanks very much
