Dear All,
Today I received an NTK form MET Parking Services for a parking violation in the BP garage at Stansted airport. The reason is: No parking, waiting, loading or unloading on yellow lines.
The driver parked there for approx 5 minutes while popping into the shop to buy some lunch. The driver didn't notice any obvious signage.
The notice they have sent includes a small photo which appears to have the drivers car in the distance but the number plate is completely unreadable.
I have attached a copy of the notice - the alleged car is in the background, top right hand corner of the photo, only just visible.
I have briefly looked through this forum and see that it looks like its possible to appeal but to be honest I'm a little confused with what I need to do.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance
