I had a letter from Premier Park stating that i had not paid to park in their car park & they had therefore issued a penalty notice
When i checked my ticket i noticed i had incorrectly entered my registration number into the machine. I therefore sent the details to their appeal including a copy of the ticket i purchased however they rejected my appeal on the grounds that by incorrectly entering my registration i did not adhere to the terms and conditions of their car park
I then appealed to through POPLA who also rejected my appeal, stating the same thing...
Now i have a letter from Premier Park stating that if i don't pay they will pass over to a debt collection agency and take me to court
Surely they cannot be allowed to take advantage of people like this & how a supposed independent body can agree with their reasoning for a parking notice completely baffles me
What do i do next, i'm reluctant to pay any parking notice, i PAID for a ticket to park in the car park for a longer period than i stayed, surely there has to be some reasoning here...
Any advice would be gratefully received
