Debt recovery plus unknown parking ticket.

Hi, just registered and need some help.

Two weeks ago I got a letter from debt recovery plus, regarding a parking ticket. I thought it was a scam so I binned it.
Got another today, it has my car reg on it and dated some time in July so I'm getting a bit worried as it is threatening court action from parking eye.
I was unaware of any parking ticket, never had one on my windscreen and never heard from anyone before this.

Any help or advice would be welcome, thanks in advance

DRP are toothless 3rd party debt collectors & can be safely ignored. (As can their sister company, Zenith.)

Just file the letters in case it might be needed at some stage

Who did they say the money was owed to? You could write to to the PPC and tell them to call off DRP as you deny any liability for a alleged debt to them as you have not received any notification.

The debt is owed to parking eye.
All my details are on the DRP letter.

PPC = Private Parking Company = Parking Eye
