parking ticket gone mad

Hi I am aware that there has been a lot of blogs about CEL. i am after a little advice as what to do in order to defend this crazy action against me. i cannot remember the alleged offence and it was two and a half years ago. i have submitted the acknowledgement of service and just received the particulars of claim. i have read through another forum which shows exactly the layout of the action against me. would really appreciate if somebody could kindly guide me.

You may want to browse through the PePiPoo forum as that is handling a multitude of CEL claims at the moment.
