I will attach the last letter I received which have also been accompanied by lots of annoying phone calls from BW legal. It's getting annoying now and would rather find a way to make them stop as apposed to waiting it out and continue to put up with these harassing phone calls every day. Help please

I was parked on land where my old office was 2 years ago. I worked there so I went to get a permit to park on site as my window had smashed open whilst being on the side road by my office so for safety I brought it into our parking bays. I came back after getting black bags etc to try to cover the window from the office kitchen to find the ticket. The guy who gave me the ticket said sorry but he had already written it and I should just write to explain to them. But obviously they are a lot more ruthless than to just say ah ok misunderstanding.
