Thank you Rob,my son gave all his personal details over the phone when contacted by the salesman week before collecting the car ,he did sign some paperwork but motor company don't have anything .He was with the other guy when car was collected ,the salesman has told me it is perfectly legal for someone else to drive the car even though the HP is for someone else.
