Hi there,

My husband received a parking charge notice for dropping a friend off at John Lennon Airport Liverpool, he literately just dropped him off and he has received a £60 parking charge notice, I have been on many websites and they say not to pay, pls advise. The company is vehicle control services

Appeal and then if required appeal to popla.

Dear sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver did not see any signs. further the land is not private land and is subject to byelaws and so the protection of freedom act does not apply. In any event your charges are penal and not a genuine pre estimate of loss.

I am under no statutory obligation to name the driver and will not do so.

Please accept my appeal or supply a popla code.
