  • Need Advice on How to Handle Potential Fraudulent Road Collisions

I hope you can help me. I'm a new driver and always try to be very careful on the road. However, I recently had an experience where I think another driver might have been trying to cause an accident with me on purpose, possibly to make a false insurance claim.

I'm not sure what to do in these situations. Could you give me some advice on how to handle a collision to protect myself from being scammed? I want to make sure I do everything right if it happens again. What should I do immediately after a collision? How can I make sure I have all the necessary information and evidence?

I really appreciate any tips or advice you can share. I just want to feel more confident and prepared if I face something like this in the future.

Thank you so much for your help.

First, have you a DASH CAM fitted? You need to add more details for a reply such Have you collided with the car driver, or did the other driver collide with you?,I had the crash for bash tried on me, the car in front pulled away, slammed on brakes, I was aware what he was doing, van right behind me, I braked and missed the car in front by inches, he sped off, the van pulled round me and followed the car driver, experience told me something was not right as the van was feet from the back of our car also the car driver keeps slowing down so I was right behind him. A family member had a car reverse into him, and claimed he hit the rear of HER car, she made a mistake as our family member is a POLICEMAN, with a dash cam fitted,
