Hi
i hope someone can help.
Yesterday, I parked in a carpark in Manchester which I booked via the JustPark app. I entered the carpark, however the barrier closed on my car causing damage to the bonnet. It turns out that JustPark sublet one floor of the carpark, the other floor and the rest of the carpark is owned and managed by an apartment block (the ground floor is for JustPark customers, the top floor is for people who have apartments in the block).
who would be liable for the damage, would it be JustPark or the apartment block who own the carpark?
thank you!
