  • Help with injury after accident

Was in a no fault rear ended collision,
initially had pain in my neck/shoulder,,
    over time(bout a month)
Noticed the pain on my left shoulder got worse over time, as work round the house/backyard etc.
Eventually confirmed my left side had a suprasprinatus tear,,
i at first told my Doctor i had picked up something heavy, but in my heart i feel it started from.the accident.
The reason i said that was , cuz i was not sure initially and did not want to point a finger.

    Please Advise kindly

consult a solicitor who offers a "no win no fee" service. That is the kindest advice I can give.

If your doctor has noted what you initially said about the cause of your injury, that may not help: you may be cross examined about the veracity of your story.

Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
