Just bought a new motorhome in April this year.
I have just found out that the dvla have refused a log book for it. Not for the first time but the third time.
We've been told that the van must stay off the road or risk impounding.
After an induction we drove the van home. 240 miles.
It seems the company let us drive away illegally.
Which means the van is not fit for purpose.
Do I have a case against the dealer???
