Hi all...
I was informed by my boss that I've been cought speeding in a company van. (37mph in a 30)
The offence was on February 15th however the company didn't receive the letter until March the 23rd.
My question is... Is there any truth in the police having to get the letter to you within 14 days of the offence and if they don't you can protest the it?
If thus is true how would I go about protesting , would I have to take it to court?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Regards Ash
