Morning Beagles

quick query... what allows police to search a vehicle the day after arrest, primarily to seize airbag and take photos

I’ve looked at pace and am not clear whether s32 can be used in such circumstances. It seems more of a s18 thing ??

It’s a duplicate because I got a msg saying first was subject to ‘error’
