Please could you help me?
I am a resident permit holder, parked in my space with my pass displayed. I have received 4 PCN's on 18th, 20th, 21st & 22nd January.
18th, 21st & 22nd is for "No parking outside of a designated area"
20th is "No parking outside of a marked bay"
The photos show my car in my bay, I believe each one is supposed to be because I parked just over the line. One charge letter does not show that it's outside of a bay at all, just the car and a photo of the signpost, 2 show a close up of a wheel over a line but no proof that it is my car, the last fine could show the full car potentially outside of the bay but the letter is black and white and i'm completely unable to see if it's in the bay or not?
Do I have rights to appeal / not pay.
Also as these are almost 4 consecutive days I do not think that I moved my car in this period due to Lockdown. And as they are not issuing tickets on the windscreen I did not know anything until the letters started coming in the post.
Lastly, it's obvious that they have used the information they store on me as a customer (I buy parking permits for visitors from CPM) as they have addressed the letters to "Andy" where as at DVLA I am "Andrew". I have not given permission to use my data for any purpose and certainly not to issue me with fines. Is there a Data Protection / GDPR issue here?
I really appreciate help and have uploaded photos.
Many thanks
