Writing witness statement for small claims track in court Vs Excel Parking

I am currently at the final stage of fighting a PCN against excel parking for overstaying a grace period in a car park by 2 minutes 35 seconds. This has now be directed to my local court and I need to write a witness statement.

Are there any good templates out there to help me get started? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
