Received PCN for driving down bus lane.

Hi all I'm new here and this is my first post so go easy on me please.
We have just received a PCN for using the new street bus lane in West Bromwich, near new Square shopping park.
We was visiting the West Bromwich area the other week for a few days. We were staying in the travelodge and decided to go to the interceptor hungry horse on the new square for tea. We are from North Wales and dont know the area so put the postcode into the sat nav.
We were following the sat nav but couldn't find the restaurant and before we knew it or had chance to stop, we were in the bus lane on new street after driving through the bus lane we saw the restaurant and realized we had park near the Tesco and walk there.
We couldn't figure out how to get around without using the bus lane again and noticed the sign on the bus lane said no cars or motorcyles except buses taxis and access.
We drove down it again as we thought we would be ok as we were using it to access new Square shopping centre and go out to a restaurant there but is this not what they mean by access it's seem confusing to me.
So I expect we will probably get another PCN soon aswell. I have attached the pcn below not sure if I have done it right though so please let me know.
Do you think it's worth appealing or just have to pay. Any help much appreciated.thanks

Think you are caught bang to rights - not knowing about the area won't work particularly as it appears to be well signed. May be best to pay the reduced rate while you can.
