Setting Aside CCJ - Claimant agreed to sign consent order

Hi all,

Currently attempting to set aside a CCJ. I recently received confirmation from claimant that they will be happy to sign a consent order I have drafted after payment of order (now fulfilled). Wondering if anyone has an example consent order I can use to send of with N244?

Brief summary of case:

- CCJ served to an old address in January 2019
- Noticed CCJ on credit report November 2019 after failed application for credit
- Called CCBC next day (19/11) to find out details of CCJ and was emailed Judgement + sent to new address
- Contacted claimant the next day to propose set aside by consent
- Claimant agreed to proposition on 20/12
- Full payment made to claimant on 27/12

You don't need a consent order if they have no objection. Just apply to have the judgement set aside and as they have agreed, they won't contest it and it will be granted.
