  • Charge Certificate Issues Council?

    Hi,

Got this charge certificate after I refused to pay a parking charge as my disabled badge was on display I have photographic evidence with a time and date stamp.

Anyway see letter. Anyone been in this situation are they empty threats or do they try to bankrupt you, freeze accounts and tow your car away?

This letter is not from the court its Stirling park who i have no contract with or don't know if they are a criminal orgnisation who are looking for money.

Not sure how the Scots system works for appealing against PCNs but that letter is real and should not be ignored. Stirling Park are indeed Sheriffs Officers.

Sheriff officers from Stirling Park or the court? They do not have the court seal on their paperwork raising eyebrows as suspeicious and fraudulent company?

Stirling Park, don't know why you think they are fraudulent and Court Seal not always necessary. Don't forget because of the PCN they will already have the vehicle reg no.

Sheriffs Officers are the Scottish equivalent of baliffs in England and Wales.

You would have received a pcn, then a Notice to Owner. You could have sent representations to these and if rejected appealed to the adjudicator. Did you do any of that?
