My partner received a letter in September stating he had to pay a sum of money due to ‘failing to signal’ which was caught by a camera. However there is no photo evidence?
It was from one year ago but he never received the first letter or the other letters stating he hasn’t paid the amount stated. He went to our local court and was told that it was all ridiculous and they would contact the council involved and close the case. however the company sent another letter stating they would be now coming to claim anything of the amount of the fine. he contacted them and said I have letters and emails from the court stating this is all over but they said they haven’t received any of this information.*
Basically this has been going back and forwards since September.*
He he has been to court multiple times and has spoke to the company multiple of times.*
What at can he do- please help*
