Im hoping someone will be able to help out with some advice.Â*
We bought a 17 plate Audi Q2 back in August with just over 8k miles on it, Came with approved warranty until September 2021.Â*
Around 6 weeks later the car developed a clutch judder when pulling away in first gear. (Car now sitting at 11.5k miles)
The car is now back with the dealer who are claiming this is due to wear and tear with visual burn marks on the flywheelÂ* and will require £1800 to fix the problem.Â*
They have said they will seek contribution from Audi UK, but this isn't guaranteed and will call tomorrow with an update .
I have also asked for pictures of said damage, but they haven't been sent.Â*
Does any body know where we stand with this?
The car was purchased deposit by CC, balance by personal loan and PX.Â*
