today I received from the Claimant solicitors they have elected to mediate in an attempt to settle this matter amicably, without the need for further Court intervention. should I agree to mediation, then I should inform the Court who will contact both parties to arrange a mediation appointment.
I am somewhat confused, we have been through mitigation for several months and they have elected to take to court and have served me with court paper and I file my defence now this mediation. what I missing ? should I accept...help is greatly appreciated!
