  • Help with PCN from Highview Parking

    Hello all
Just seeking some advice re: receiving a charge notice for over staying at a retail shopping park.
The driver parked the car in the retail park to do some shopping with a family of kids and baby in various stores in the retail park including eating onsite at mcdonalds.
Received this charge notice from highview parking in the post today 07/11/19.
The date of the alleged incident was 24/10/19.
The date of the notice shows 31/10/19.

Would appreciate any advice on whether this can be contested or not?
Many thanks in anticipation. (letter attached)
