Hi. First post.
I am 42 months into a 48 month PCP agreement.
I called yesterday to request details on VT which they are issuing in the post (7-10 days 2nd class apparently) but gave me a quote of £130 ish liability which is too be paid. This was all before I found this forum.
My question is, if I use the letters / guidance outlined here am Instill liable to continue paying the finance payments? Can I cancel my DD once notice is served or am I liable for the payments until the car is collected?
