VT Mannheim auctions Northridge finance

Morning, I have told Northridge I want to VT my agreement, I have paid the 50% but they have said the car needs to be delivered to Mannheim at Manchester. I have tried contacting Mannheim numerous times and they keep saying the vehicle is not in their system. Legally am I responsible for delivering the vehicle to their agent or can I just say this is where it is come and get it? I’m getting fed up of chasing Northridge and Mannheim.
