Camera, Tickets & Collision Unit

Hi,

The owner of vehicle received letter from Camera and Tickets Office for alleged offence of exceeding 50 mph speed limit.
Letter is asking owner to identify the driver of the vehicle.
Should the owner comply with this request?
Any advice will be gratefully received,

If this is a Notice of intended Prosecution, yes you should identify the driver
Fail and penalty is 6 points and up to £1000 fine
